A New Look at Autism brings together three inspirational speakers in an inspirational venue for an inspirational event.
acreativespace is excited to host an event which:
- invites you to change your thinking around the diagnosis of autism.
- will change your view of yourself in relation to autism.
- brings together open minds to build a community of possibility
- sees beyond limitation to embrace potential.
The speakers and hosts have all had their worlds dramatically altered by their experiences with their children and others on the spectrum.
Our speakers are not here to lecture but to share and inspire:
RUPERT ISAACSON - author of THE HORSE BOY
SUZY MILLER - author of AWESOMISM
ROSEMARIE MASON - founder of OutSide Thinking.
The Sheepdrove Eco Centre in Berkshire was selected as the venue as it best represents the physical embodiment of the environment the children are imploring us to create. The mental and emotional environment is up to us! Fifteen minutes from Junction 14 on the M4 the Sheepdrove Centre is beautiful space in which to spend a day. The ticket price of £100 includes a morning coffee and afternoon tea as well as a delicious lunch freshly prepared in the open kitchens using organic produce from their own farm or local suppliers.
The event starts at 9.30 am on Saturday 20th November 2010. Places
are limited by the nature of the venue and early booking is recommended.
